Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was shipped to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund or replacement request is accepted because your item was damaged upon receipt, we’ll send you a replacement item. If you were shipped the wrong item, we will send to you the correct item at no charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all of our products are personal care goods we do not accept returns. However, if you received an item that was damaged upon receipt or were shipped the wrong item, we will gladly send you a replacement item upon request. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds and Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your refund or replacement request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a refund is requested and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
